   Proposal Description:
   Prior studies reported that antidepressant treatment was associated with          increased risk of dementia, including Alzheimer disease(AD). However, there is    no evidence whether the antidepressant use will have effects on neuropathologic   changes of AD. Our We aim to examine whether the antidepressant use is            associated with ADNC using NACC data.
